SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") is part of the terms governing all purchases made at Nutrovy ("Company," "we," "our"). By placing an order, you accept the terms described below.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

During high-demand seasons, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

If significant delays occur, we will notify the customer via the email provided at the time of purchase.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Nutrovy ships through recognized carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or other logistics partners.

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.

These times are estimates and do not constitute a delivery guarantee.

Delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Carrier operational issues
  • Logistical disruptions
  • Customs processes

are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates depend exclusively on the carrier.

The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking link and contacting the carrier directly for delivery-related inquiries.


4. Transfer of Risk and Confirmed Delivery

Risk of loss and responsibility for the order transfer to the customer once the carrier marks the package as:

  • "Delivered"
  • "Delivery attempted"
  • "Notice left"

Once delivery is confirmed:

  • Nutrovy is not responsible for subsequent theft, loss, or damage
  • We are not responsible for disputes related to the delivery location
  • We do not guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered

The customer assumes responsibility for retrieving their package at the address provided.


5. Lost Packages or Packages Marked as Delivered

If a package appears as "Delivered" but cannot be located, the customer should:

  • Check with family members, neighbors, or building staff
  • Wait up to 48 hours (some updates can appear ahead of actual delivery)
  • Contact the carrier directly to open an investigation

Nutrovy does not issue replacements or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If the carrier officially declares the package lost before delivery confirmation, we will investigate the case and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or refund.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct address.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Package refusal
  • Non-pickup

the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Import taxes
  • Customs duties
  • VAT
  • Administrative fees

These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delays caused by customs processes do not qualify for refund.

If a package is returned due to non-payment of taxes or rejection at customs, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.


8. Pre-Order or High-Demand Products

Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders or high-demand products are approximate.

External factors may cause changes to anticipated dates.

Continuing with the purchase constitutes acceptance of potential adjustments to the shipping date.


9. Shipping Insurance (If Offered)

If shipping insurance is offered at the time of purchase:

  • It must be selected at checkout
  • It covers losses verified by the carrier before delivery
  • It does not cover theft after delivery confirmation

If the customer declines insurance, they assume full risk of loss during transit.


10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing: help@nutrovy.com

You must include:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Incomplete requests may result in denial of replacement.


11. Shipping Fees and Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error is attributable to Nutrovy.


12. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time.

The version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your order.
